Fair and Impartial Policing, LLC

Implicit-Bias-Awareness Training for Government Personnel. Our program introduces participants to the science of implicit bias and helps participants understand (1) even well-intentioned people have biases and (2) implicit biases can impact perceptions and behaviors which could make us ineffective and unjust in our decision-making. We help participants reduce/manage their biases and understand the value of DEI. Courses are designed for all levels of government via online, virtual and classroom.
